as a representative, can I login to someone elses GCkey and CIC account to apply

I have been named my girlfriends representative. She has created a GCkey and CIC login.

I want to login and help her submit the application online, because I have a lot of resources here that she doesn't, like a fast internet connection, scanner, printer, etc.

Is this allowed? I am worried because I know the GCkey login tracks the time and location of each login. She is applying from outside of Canada. If they see logins from within Canada will this raise alarm bells?

Yes you can login and apply, I applied for my mother and mother in law while in Canada and they were in my home country. and their visas got approved, when it came time to submit passport, i emailed the paper and told them to submit passport.
