ArriveCAN - Basic questions

Hello Guys ;

Pls clarify, i assume we do not need ArriveCAN for Kids (Under 5 yrs) is that correct ?

Also for Husband & Wife both should install separate APP in their phones rite ?

But i am not able to find about minor kids, my my case less than 5 year old.
Do we have option to add family members in the APP >
