Arrima Portal Error

Hello Everyone

I have received email to check message in my document but when i click on pdf download it is asking for username and password. I put my arrima username and password but its not working and I cant read the file.

Can anyone help me with that

@ashx were you able to login to your portal? I'm also having the same issue now.

I got the same kind of message but I couldn't login to view that message
