ARRIMA log-in issue - help!

Hello everyone,

I have just tried to log into ARRIMA about fifty times over the past 3hrs, and, am being met with this error:

After the virtual waiting room, (once the "walking matchstick person has loaded the sky blue bar"), my browser attempts to log me into ARRIMA. In the tab, it's furiously alternating between "working" to "logging in" to "arrima.immigratin-que....", and it's obvious my browser is trying to log me in - but, that something is rejecting/blocking the attempt.

I'm then met with the following error:

Queue number rejected
An error has occurred and your queue number has been rejected. We have reported the problem and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, you will have to click on the button below to get a new seat at the end of the queue.

first time this has *ever* happened.

It has nothing to do with my computer or cache; the former has just been upgraded and the latter is empty. Tried on both Chrome + Firefox.

can anyone tell me what on earth is going on here? I have until 24/10 to update my EOI before it's locked for submission.

I have to get access to my ARRIMA profile ASAP.

How can this be happening........

This happened to me as well a while ago. I used edge since clearing cookies, cache etc. did not work on chrome.
It worked on edge in the first go. Hope that helps.
