Does anybody know if this is a bad signal? i have the file from the judge and there are not any charge or conviction, I just paid some money when i was arrests.

You definitely have to give the detailed explanation of all arrests and whatever they are asking for.

If you just paid some money, then explain that in a letter about what the crime was and what was the decision from the court.

This is not a bad sign but not a good one either. They just want to check what type of crime you committed and whether you got the clearance from it or not. This is just for the security reasons as they do not want criminals to let in and later put their on jobs on jeopardy if that person commits a serious crime after coming in. So Do not worry if it wasn't a big one.
