hi all i am planning to apply my pr in arranged employment but i have question that fsw need CELPIP 4L in each module to get 4 ponits so i have score speaking : 4L , LIST. : 4L READING : 3L WRITNG: 3H , so can i get 8 points for my spk and list. which i have score 4L? please reply .

No, you can't combine them, you either have to pass CELPIP or IELTS.
