Hi

I have enough points to qualify under FSW

but i am able to receive and arranged employment offer as well but before i go through with it i want to make sure:

1. will AEO help make my case faster or will it actually make it more complex??

2. do interviews get waived if you have AEO

the AEO is from an accountant to hire me as a bookkeeper.

1-Depend on you visa office, how fast they are processing applicatios, An AEO could make case faster.
2- There is no link between AEO and interview, if your all documentation is okay and complete, they may not call you for inteerview, if they need clarification on any point, they may call you for interview, all depend on your case file and IO.
