Arranged Employment

Dear All,
I am preparing to apply for arranged employment in Canada. My employer is getting arrangements to get AEO. I have few questions if any one can please reply;

1) Should I apply for my wife and daughter (1 and half years) with me?
2) Spouse education matters? If my spouse only passed grade 10, there will be any issue for me to get a visa?

yes you can.with AEO your spouse education doesnt matter if your case is strong enough.
