Hello everyone,

I am working as a post doctoral fellow (full-time) in Toronto and I have this job offer for 2 years. I am here under work parmit from overseas.
I am planing for applying FSW category.

But, I am not clear about the condition for points for Arranged employment and Adaptibility.

First, Whether I can claim (10) points from my post-doctoral job? becasue, in the website it says "An employer has made you a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a skilled worker."

So I am confuse with the definition of parmanent job? whether I am eligible to say my job?

Anybody can help me please.

Secondly, in Adaptibility, again syas I may claim 5 points if I have Arranged employment in Canada.
my concern is whether I can also claim 5 pont here? Please help me.

Looking forward to get help from the forum.
Many thanks

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Arranged employment under the FSWP entails an indeterminate job offer - so if you have a two-year job offer, unfortunately it won't qualify.

You can consider other immigration programs like the Canadian Experience Class, which allows you to apply after gaining 12 months of work experience in Canada. For this program you don't need your employer's support or a job offer.
