Hi all
Please I need urgent advice before I update my profile.
I worked 11 month for my current employer before I go for leave of absence for 2 months, I'm still employed but not paid, can I add my it to my 11 months that we make me qualified to get 50 point for arrange employment.
Note
I already qualified for CEC, I have one year experience in Canada from 2 different company but same NOC.
So will my leave of absence time count as part of my working with my current employer to get the point.

What kind of work permit do you have? Do you have an LMIA-approved TWP, are you ICT, or...?

I mean can I add my leave of absence period to make it complete one year working for same employer to get the said 50 point, since my employment was not terminated

I don't think you can count your leave of absence towards the 1 year since you're not being paid while on leave.

No, that is not likely to work. Best approach would be to wait until you return to work and complete your one year of experience.
