Arranged employment opinion

hi guys,i m new to all this so dont really know how this works,well i contacted an agent in canada regarding finding an employer for me to get the AEO so that i can apply for permanent residency,apparently its been almost 7 months and i still i m waiting to find out what is going on,i dont know how AEO process works,i mean i have an idea but i dont know the details,according to my agent the employer applied for AEO in august 2012 and since then all i have done is sent my resume to the employer and that too about a month ago plus photo copies of my docs,its been almost 7 months and i dont know where to go and what to do,i know u guys must be thinking that the agent must be cheating me in this but apparently he is one of my relative's(real uncle) friend in canada so i can kind of trust him,i would really appreciate if someone could help me,thanks for taking the time to read,any help would be much appreciated

as you applied in August 2012 .......untill now it must be come out ......if not then ask your agent to contact with HRDC about application and it was your last chance under AEO category if your application for AEO decline then you cannot apply again under AEO you have to start process which will be official announced in may 2013.......and ask your agent if he submitted of your AEO to HRDC..........HRDC gives a acknowledgement of receipt to send you visa email......
