Dear All,
I have a job offer from Toronto, they have applied for AEO, (how much time it will take to get AEO?) then I will start my part from here, I will apply with my wife and 1.5 years daughter.
Question is, in what category would I apply? FSW or is there any separate category for Arranged Employment? What is the processing fee? I am in Pakistan and I had read somewhere that Principle applicant fee is $550 but I also read that you need to pay this fee after you get your Visa, some post said that you need to pay this as processing fee and it is refundable. So I am confused here.
Furthermore, can anyone help me to tell which form package I should download and fill out for this category?

Awaiting your response.
Thank you in advance.

1. About 6 months from HRSDC.
2. No, it is FSW2 Arranged employment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
3. $550+$550+$150 = $1250. with application.
4. Right of PR Fee, before visa issued $490x2 = $980.

may take 3..6 months, i talked to some guys in the same situation, it was about 1 year ago

FSW or is there any separate category for Arranged Employment?
AEO is for FSW only

haha funny advice ) you gotta pay 550 for you, 550 for spouse, 150 for each kid.
when receiving visas you'lll pay 490 for you, +490 for spouse

Sorry for the stupid question, I have found the answer as it is same..Thank you for your help. And yes, I have just started the process and I do not know much about the whole process so may be I will disturb you guys again.
My employer is quite helpful for me and know much more than me about this whole process.

They have sent me a offer letter mentioning my yearly wages and my job description, anything else needed in the letter or is it fine? Because in application, I have read that the letter must have wages defined as well as benefits etc. but in my letter there is no benefits written. only wages and number of hours

Our employer received AEO within 1,5 month from HRSCD.
You are FSW2 category, and you will have to pay 2 fees (someone already explained ;))

Please, you have to find time to study this site cic.gc.ca and you will find all answers.

Job offer have to be on company"s letterhead with following information:
Position and description,
wages and benefits
working hours per week/month
days for holidays and sick leave (not necessary)

Your employer will have to apply to HRSDC for an AEO and receive it for you. Job offer is just a supporting doc when you apply under FSW, but it's not and AEO itself.

Hi

Thank you all for your replies.
My employer will apply at HRDC for an AEO as soon as they got the signed Offer letter which I have sent them back through courier.
In the mean-time I am completing my other documents and IELTS etc.
As I am applying with my Wife and daughter, my wife's education is just 10th grade passed, which makes Zero points when I was assessing on the CIC website. That makes any difference? One more thing, my wife can not communicate in English language. So, these points can affect my application? Please guide me.

Thank you in advance.

Like other posters have suggested, please take time to go through CIC's website to get answer for you questions. Most of your questions are already answered in their website. Your wife's education and language skills are not necessary for your application, but they would add to the points you can claim. So, first evaluate how much point you would get using the point scheme in CIC's website. If you meet 67 points without your wife's credentials, you should be good to go.

Thank you, I have got 81 points. But somewhere, I read if there is 0 marks in any category then there will be a big question mark and it will affect the principle applicant application.
Anyway, I am going through the website and will ask here if anything needed.
Thank you all for your help.
