Hello,
IRCC (CIC) made changes to the Express Entry system in November 2016. They added that a candidate can earn a total of 50 points if they have a valid job offer in a NOC 0, A or B occupation.
My cousin has been working for a company as a Technical Analyst since May 2016. He is permanent and full time. He got his work permit in March 2016. He plans to apply for Express Entry by June 2017. Does he qualify getting 50 points under this new rule as he already has a job? He DOES NOT have an LMIA.
He can get all the relevant paperwork.
