Hi all,
I need some advice on this.
I got an ITA in the last draw, nothing submitted yet. I spent some time in the army reserve in my home country - 12 years. My service is on my EE profile.
My lawyer has now requested that I get a copy of my discharge papers. I've been in touch with my former unit, and it's going to take some time to get them, maybe 3 months.
As usual, the immigration consultant can't offer a solution except try and get them.
I reckon the request to get a copy of them should be enough to show I've exercised my due diligence and submit them if requested at a later date. Any ideas?
