Hello!
I received my Argentine Police Clearance (Criminal Records Certificate) yesterday after not being able to get it because of Covid-19 restrictions. It has the disclaimer about the "articulo 51 del código penal" and I'm about to upload it on MyCIC profile. However, it's asking me if there is an expiration date on the certificate, so I went online and did some research and according to some places, the certificate doesn't expire but the RNR website (the institution that issues the PCC) says "The validity of the Criminal Record Certificate is 5 (five) days after being issued (however, you can consult the place where it will be presented)". It's not clear whether this means you have to wait 5 days to use the certificate or if it's only valid for 5 days??? It makes no sense that it will only be valid for five days... Does anyone here have any clue? Any Argentina citizens applying for Express Entry that can guide me??
Help, please! Thanks.
