Hello! :D

I'm Canadian and my girlfriend from Thailand is applying for a TRV. I'm here in Thailand now, and I'm helping her apply online for the visa. This includes paying the $100 application fee with my credit card, as she doesn't use credit cards.

I'm wondering, does she need to click "Yes" for "Are you giving someone access to your application?"?

Thank you.

paying the fee with someone else credit card is not considered as giving access to your application.
Giving access to your application means you are appointing an representative who can inquire, receive communication from cic on your behalf . in such a case if you need to fill additional Representative form with your application.
So just for fee payment you can click NO

hope its more clear now

Hi Guys quick question
Are you giving someone access to your application?
I replied NO but also in the upload section I see the use of family representatives forms,5713
so my concern what should I answer to not to see that form in that section?
Or should I have to print sign scanned and upload?
Thanks in advance
