what I should answer here if I am applying to an open work permit through my girlfriend´s application to her closed work permit? (Both are currently in Canada working, but our work permit expires soon)

I know that we need to do the applications separately but I don´t know what to answer here.

You will need to provide proof of being common law to secure the SOWP. Proof you filed taxes as common law, proof that you have lived together for a full year through leases and bills throughout the 1 year period, etc.
