It's usually 6pm alberta or 7pm Manitoba. Which equates to utc 00.00. I hope there is a draw time will tell I guess

So basically my work permit expires in October. If I get an invitation to apply while am under implied status,should I go ahead and submit my application. What are my chances of getting approved? Anyone with any information with regards to this matter, please help me. Right now I only have 410 points.

My PGWP expired on last July 2015. I took 2 years education in Canada, working as a manager for more than three years and paid taxes yet I haven't got pr nor ITA.
Right now I am back in my home country try to pursue different dreams than useless, unpredictable dream about living in Canada.

also they just cut my score since I just turn 30 and now I am sitting at 444..

Hi, my work permit expired in May, I applied for extension just before it expired. I received ITA in June and sumitted my app in July. I got a letter in august giving me a one year extension till August 2016 saying 'pending PR' - so based on this I would recommend that you go ahead and apply for an extension on your permit
