Are Transcripts in official Sealed envelope reqd while submitting final applictn

Dear Friends,
I would appreciate if you could answer this for me:
I submitted all transcripts in official sealed envelope for getting my degree evaluated via WES and got it done successfully. I did not take two copies of the same while applying to universities for transcripts.
But do I need to again submit the transcripts in official sealed envelope of university while submitting the final application to CIC. Or I can submit the colored xerox of my marksheets or notarized copies of the same. Does transcript always mean that it has to be attested by university?
Getting transcripts from my university in officially sealed envelope is a quite tedious process.

no there is no need for that... you just need to submitt all you documents which you submitted to WES...

like Secondary school, High school, Undergrad and Postgraduate educational documents photo copies....
