IRCC confirmed receipt of my medical exam results for my EE-FSW application on Jan 18, 2023. 18 months have since passed, my medicals have long expired, I got fed up of waiting and filed for mandamus.
I am confident that I will win the court case and get my eCoPR soon, so I preemptively booked a medical exam for Jul 12, 2024. Now the clinic called, one day before the scheduled exam, saying that I can only book a PR medical exam only after IRCC gave me a new IME.
I can think of three options:
1. Go to the TR medical exam (good for work visas), and persuade IRCC to accept it, when it inevitably comes back demanding new medical exam results
2. Try to call IRCC nonstop in the one day I have left, and hope the agent can issue a new IME on the fly
3. Reschedule to September
