Please, is it really possible for someone to be issued a study visa without asking him for medicals? I applied since 21st of July and have'nt heard from them since then.

Nigerians are requested to do their medical exams.

Are you living in a medical-exam exempted country and did not stayed for a period longer than 6 months in one of the countries listed listed as IME required, than you don't need to do the exam.
