Hi found this: I want to get my PR card! I have to go to a CIC office (got approved for common Law)!
But there are only 3 in BC? Or is it easier to go to a border? hmmmmm :) thanks

It's generally faster and easier to just flagpole at the border.
 
Easier to go to the border. Scheduling an inland interview can take up to six weeks.
