Change:

PREFERRED OPTION for proof of funds: you can fulfill the financial requirement by
submitting a copy of an Educational Loan from an Indian Chartered Bank equivalent to at
least first year’s tuition plus $10 000 CAD to cover living and travel expenses for one year.

Previously it was:
A copy of an Educational Loan from an Indian Chartered Bank equivalent to at least 80% of tuition +living + travel expenses for one academic year (normally, first year’s tuition, unless already paid, plus $8000). See information on the next page for the list of acceptable banks.

but bank will never give you full loan of 1year fee + $10000, in case of 1year course. because bank keeps a margin.
can we pay one sem fee from other course and show remaining fee + $10000 as loan

Can somebody please lemme know more about visa success, duration, documents list for PG DIPLOMA UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY NOT SPP (COZ OF RULES CHANGE ) I WANTED TO APPLY UNDER SPP ONLY BUT DUE TO CHANGE OF RULES SPECIALLY ABOUT MAKING PAYMENT OF FULL YEAR TUTION FEES WHICH I DONT WANT SO I AM PLANNING TO APPLY VISA UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY

Will the new rule apply to me I filed my visa as per the old rule in august I got a medical futhrance for oct. No i have completd my medicals. Apart from passport what more shud i submitt.
