Are paystubs for CEC mandatory?

In my employer reference letter it shows 40hrs/week. However, my payslip are not at all consistent ranging from 60-75 hrs for majority of my work experience.

Are paystubs mandatory for CEC?
Can I submit T4,NOE and bank payroll deposits to HIDE the paystubs ?

Please help me with this.

As far as I know, paystubs are required to be submitted for PR application. Better ask your consultant and discuss in details.
