are hotels affteced by the moratorium

hello,

i work as a cook in a hotel. my work permit is expiring on july 2014. my employer is willing to apply LMO so i can renew my work permit. i just want to know if i'm affected by the moratorium? cook position is on the list affected but im not sure if its applied in the hospitality industry. need advise please. thank you.

But I was just wondering does cook have a different NOC code whether you are working in a hotel or let's say a Restaurant?

No, they don't. However, the employer has a different code.
