What you see on the letter is likely a generic message with some technical terms. Everyone who gets FP request will get the same format of the letter AFAIK. FP is requested when RCMP needs it in order to issue a criminality clearance. This only happens to a few applicants (generally people with common names or if there is a name/DOB of the applicant are similar to someone in the police databases with a criminal record).

As long as you did not have serious issues with the law, you should be good.
