Are Background and security checks question?????

hi i was wondering my wife in her case she is being the one sponsored by me the question is do i need a background check also? or only her, because me and my daughter are canadian she is only 2 born in madrid but has her canadian passaport she is okey, also i am canadian so just want to be sure when i ask for her criminal record in her country.

another question, in my case my wife is from argentina, but we live in spain,madrid, i know she need the criminal check from argentina, but does she need one in spain where we have been living for the past 3 years even though we are not of legal status?

For yourself, NO need for background and security check because you are Canadian.

Your wife needs a criminal check from Spain since she lived there for more than 6 months.

Dear forum members...I am applying for FSW-1..I lived in australia for one year and Ireland for 2 years for my studies..I have police clearance from Australia after two months of leaving australia and also from Ireland when I left the country after that I never been to abroad except for only three months to Ireland. Kindly let me know that whether I need to get again the police clearances. or they will suffice

Hello guys, are you in Canada? I want to know how did you do the payment for the criminal check in spain from canada.
I am trying to pay 3.70Euros but they charge me 40 dolares for the transfer and I want to see if doing an on-line banking transfer will be ok for the eminister of justice, my request will be sent byb post.
