ARC APPLICATION QUESTION

I am stuck on quite a few questions

3. how long to you plan to stay in canada?
4. Funds available to stay in canada?

amd question 7 asks my status of applicants in country where applying, so my wife is living in spain but applying through argentina, there for should i put citizen?

and i would attach my letter can someone help me on starting my letter, my writing is good but i need to let the officer know that my wife is sorry and wants to return to canada but in a much better way.

Hi Louie,

although we've submitted our ARC fees we weren't asked for a letter.

I wouldn't recommend that you get help writing this. It should be from the heart and from the voice of the person who is asking to return. It should be honest and sincere - and explain why you/your spouse take accountability for your actions - and show that you are sorry.
It should explain the reason that you/she wants to return (family unity etc).

It doesn't need to be in perfect english - it needs to be your words.

If you follow that format - state why you overstayed, apologize, state why you have a compelling reason to return and take accountability for your actions - you'll be fine !

I was wondering why weren't asked to submit a letter - only fees. But then again, my husband had an interview. But at the interview - that's what they wanted to know (the above points).
