I'm not sure whether my job responsibilities match the noc 1311 ( book keeper, accounting technition)
The responsibilities are:

The minimum qualifications for this job was :
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
· 3 – 5 years of proven AR/Collections lead experience.
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers, as well as all levels of management.
· Strong organizational, team-building, people and leadership skills.
Skills and Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
· Strong knowledge of Excel required (v-look ups, filters and pivot tables.)

The responsibilities are:
- Work with Account Executives to enter new customers in Compass using the customer’s credit application or company credit information; and/or file customer’s credit card information.
- Assist in posting payments received from customers via check, credit card, or wire transfer.
- Prepare pro forma invoices (pre-bills) as requested by Account Executives if customer is willing to pay within 14 days of the proforma date.
- Strictly adhere to the Company’s collections process to minimize the volume of unpaid invoices by customers.
- Document and maintain policies and procedures for accounts receivable and collections functions.
