The last two updates from CIC regarding the family sponsorship are very discouraging. For last two weeks the processing date for the application received till February 29 is the same, however the number of days for processing has been 82 days. If CIC is still processing the application received on february 29 then as of today the number of days of processing are ~ 120 days. In january these were close to 60 odd days. Does any body has any idea what going on? If 82 days are correct then they should be processing applications received in last week of march/First week of April. Which one is true? I am afraid by this rate when the April applications will be processed?
Also CIC doesnt send any receipt of the application received by them until they open and that means you got to believe your courier/canada post service which says it has delivered.
Secondly does anyone have any idea about child sponsorship in New Delhi, what is the processing time for Dependent Children in new Delhi?
