Approvel sponsorship before marriage (outland)

Hello ,

Can some one apply for sponsorship before marriage? Its outland application. If the sponsor first apply for sponsorship and after approvel travel to his spouse and get marry.
Also , I want to say thanks to everyone who have been very helpfull.

i believe the only way a spousal sponsorship can be approved before marriage is if the original application proved a common law relationship, which requires proof of cohabitation for 365 consecutive days. a married spousal application can't be submitted prior to getting legally married, since proof of the marriage is the main requirement of the application.

Can some one be approve for sponsorship then can get marry? Or first is marriage then to be approve for sponsorship. Just need advice

You have to get married first. Then you apply to sponsor. (To sponsor your wife or husband.)
