Hi! I need help with my mother's super visa application. We have sent her application via MY CIC account June 22, 2014, had her Medical Exam sometime in July and sent her passport sometime in August. 2 weeks after we have sent her passport, a new message appeared in the Application Status in her MY CIC account saying that "We have reached a final decision: Your Application has been approved." I clicked on the "?" icon beside it at it says that "If your application is approved, we will send you a letter and instructions on how to get the visitor visa, work and/or study permit you applied for.This letter will be sent to your account." But the problem is, until now, we still have don't received any information regarding how to get the visa. Hope you could help us. Thank you.
