I am refugee claiment, i still did not have hearing, i approved on LMO, apply for work permit couple weeks ago,
Q: how can i get back my passport and dont leave a country, becouse lawyer asked $5000
Q: maybe i can do this my self, back my passport

You will not get your passport back until CBSA are finished with you.

Then you'll have to leave Canada.

I do not think in general all lawyers are liars, but ....
Ok, so 100% when i finish with refugee i need to leave country and then i get my passport?

Then you'll have to leave Canada.

As an aside even if the OP leaves Canada, with the refugee claim, the chances that even with a LMO that a Work Permit will be issued are pretty close to nil.

As PMM explained, it's unlikely a work permit will be approved - even if you have an LMO. To be approved for a work permit, you must demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. The fact you filed for refugee status proves the opposite.

That's the problem with playing the "refugee card". It's something of a one-shot deal.
Are you really a refugee or are you in fact an economic migrant?
Your willingness to abandon the refugee claim would suggest the latter.
