Hi, I have both approved LMIA-exampt work permit (closed work permit) and an interim work authorization letter (open work permit) now.
The interim work authorization is under the new PGWP extension policy. I already submitted the application of the PGWP extension, and restored my status. But I am still working for the company, which helped me with LMIA-exampt work permit. Can I ignore LMIA-exampt work permit directly, and change the job any time under the interim work authorization letter?
Any advice would be really helpful and appreciated!!!
