Hi,
I have a approved COPR and am flying to Canada in April. I have a job offer from a company in Montreal but I realised that one cannot directly fly to Montreal on a regular PR since my COPR landing is Toronto.
So I decided to land in Toronto and then travel to Montreal. Is that a good option. Also will I have issues applying for a Quebec health card.

Hey, any luck? I am in the same situation and i am confused as I read that you need some CSQ for working in Montreal

Hey I landed in Toronto and then moved to Montreal. Luckily no one asked me for a CSQ. Not even while applying for Health Insurance in Quebec. So I believe you should be good to go. Just make sure you land outside of Quebec.

Ideally it should not. Once you get a PR card you are officially. You can travel and work anywhere in Canada. CSQ is used for the Quebec Express Entry.

Ohhh alright...so since i have got through using the Express Entry, the CSQ is not required...as long as i dont land in Montreal...

Yes...Land outside Quebec and get your COPR signed and you should be free to work anywhere.

How many days after landing did you go to Montreal?
Did you move after receiving your PR Card or did you go with your COPR?
Did you go by plane/train/car?
