Approved ageny for Ielts in Canada?

so this may sound dumb but i jst want to be sure that i cant take the ielts test through british council and the results can be used for my CEC application, i called the uni centre where the test will be help in my area but the rep did knw what the hell was i talking abt ..she asked me to call cic..but im doing online registration throught the british councile website n i think that is fine?

There is a great website called Google and I'm sure it can give you the right answers if you type in the search bar "Ielts Canada" Try it out!

Yes it can be taken through the British Council and yes it can be used for your CEC application.

The British Council website should provide details of your closest test centre.

You can take IELTS with British council or IDP, both are valid. And also you can sit for the CELPIP exam which is Canadian Organization.
