HI everyone

GOOD DAY!

I just want to ask, as i heard in the news that refugess are coming in canada 25,000 end of February.
So now i'm waiting for my EOA draw. I can not hide myself to worry :'( it may affect us or maybe slow processing from our documents, or they cancel our entry??? So somebody please let me know if this can affect us? any idea!?

I really appreciate for ur reply, tnx! :)

Yes correct...about 25000 refugees are coming to canada by the end of February. ( the first flight had already landed :) )
-will it effect you? NO
-will they cancel your entry? NO ( btw why will they? unless you are refused due to your own reasons OR Canadian government changes or abandoned the express entry system thinking it is not a viable option)

Express entry is not the only category in the canadian immigration system, there are many other categories which already exist in the immigration system (family immigration, spousal immigration, in-canada pr applications, in-canada refugees etc..etc) and CIC is handling all these different categories for many years. CIC is not a small or one office setup. it has multiple processing units/centers all over canada and abroad who deal with different categories. most of the 25000 refugees coming to canada will be already landing as permanent residents and most of them will already be processed abroad. So i dont think refugees will effect other applicants that much.

thats my opinion..:)
