Approval of WOP

Hello,
My open work permit has been approved and my CIC account status shows document counterfoil. What does it mean? Does it mean i have got my visa stamped on my passport? If so,then why can't i track my passport by using the tracking number given by vfs bangladesh since i have submitted my passport through vfs on 4/10/2017? Anyone can answer the questions? What should i do now?Please help me by sharing your valuable experience

you are right. it means approved, ideally you should be able to track where your passport is, maybe you should contact vfs
