I am Kaustubh Pawar. I have received my ITA and in the process of collecting documents. Although, I have already selected the NOC code in the application, I wanted to seek your advise in providing the appropriate NOC code. Please see my rationale of selecting the NOC code below:
I have 5.8 yrs (5 yrs and 8 months) of full time experience working both in India and USA. Below are my work experience, Educational qualifications details and my selected code (As per my understanding, I have provided my reasoning) for your reference:

Profile: Analyst working on a new manufacturing project of a steel manufacturing company
Job Title:

NOC Code: 1122 Professional occupation in business management consulting
REASONING FOR NOC: Although my title was manager, my profile was that of an analyst in a new manufacturing project. The designation is due the organizational hierarchy of the company. We did not have any analyst designation. Below are my main duties and responsibilities spanning all three positions
· Collaborated with process teams to eliminate process defects resulting in 24% reduction in rejection rate of the final product
· Led cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction and continual improvement projects increasing the production yields by 36%
