my friend needs urgently to apply for EE (his work permit is valid only 1 more month)
we are filling now express entry profile.
Please advise:
1. is it ok that he has less than 1 year local Canadian experience of NOC 0711 Construction manager.
back home he was branch director whose responsibilities included being Construction Manager.
2. How to show in EE profile this work history? to chose also NOC 0711?
3. Can it be different Job offer and local experience in one NOC but work history in another
