I have heard medical in canada is free but medicines are not.

So for Ontario, what provincial drug benefits program or some other government or private drug insurance etc can someone recommend, that may provide free or cheaper drugs ?

Do you plan on self insuring? If yes, I don't recommend it.

Best to find an employer who has a comprehensive insurance program.
