yes, bro. I have reference letter which clearly mentions full-time employment, 48 hours per week and stipend of Rs. 6000/- per month and duties and responsibilities.

I am only concerned if my application gets rejected in EE or PNP for the inclusion of apprenticeship, coz there is no clear statement on CNC website related to apprenticeship after graduation. I have 4 years experience other than the apprenticeship, 2 years before and 2 years after the apprenticeship
Hey, got my PR. Kept my apprenticeship experience. Make sure you keep an LOE . Good luck.
Thanks brother, this will help a lot of people.

Make sure to mention it was full time , paid and not part of your studies. There's IRCC stating what a "job" definition is, you can include that link too to strengthen your application.
Mention year of studies 2010-2014 july
And work was 2014 August to ----
That makes it not part of your studies clearly.
I wrote almost a page of LOE.
I did NATS apprenticeship.
Kept only bank statements and experience certificate, you can also keep the NATS certification.
I had also mentioned this experience for my student application, i also mentioned in my LOE this, stating that this experience didn't just come out of thin air
Dont give them a ray of doubt. Thats the trick.
Easy 50 points.

What if "Apprenticeship" is after graduation, not part of the educational program and the candidate is enrolled as a full-time employee entitled to a stipend? In India, there is such program for graduates to get exposure to industrial working culture. I hope I can include that as skilled experience.

Please give your opinion on this matter.

I have reference letter, but in the appointment letter, they have used the term "12 months training"

But satisfies every other condition:

1. After graduation
2. Full-time
3. Paid (Stipend is the exact term)

But there is another situation, it took me 15 months to complete the "Apprenticeship Program" as I had an accumulated loss of pay of about 85 dats over the span of 12 months and company told me to work for extra 3 months to compensate for those LOP. I hope this is not an issue. In Reference letter, they have mentioned my start and end date.
foreign experience should be continuous 12 months as per IRCC
