Hello everyone, I'm a fresh uni graduate from Algeria (Bachelor's in International Commerce) and currently pursuing a Master's in Service Marketing.
I have native or near native level (both written and spoken) in English and French, I have a TOEFL and a TCF to back it up.

I'm really interested in finding an apprenticeship or a professional training in Canada, one that foreigners are eligible to enlist in of course, and it does not have to be related to my current field of study. Is there such a program ? What would the duration/cost of the programs be ? Just an approximation is okay. Any lead that could help me is most welcome !

No there is not such program. Apprenticeship in Canada is for trades. If you want to immigrate, consider Express Entry once you have a year of skilled work experience.

But I am interested in trades, not necessarily office work in my related field. Now if I am not eligible for it that is a different situation..

So you have a Masters and want to be an electrician, plumber or welder? Look at licensing for trades in Canada, and what it entails. Will have to go back to school.

Yes that's correct. I'm looking for a program that offers an apprenticeship in Canada, I'll look up the licensing part thank you !

Apprenceships generally require a person to be either a permanent resident of Canada or a citizen. They generally aren't possible for foreigners. Make sure you review the requirements closely to see if this is even possible for the program you are interested in.

You also must qualify for a study permit and attend school to qualify for most trades. Licensed trades usually involve studying and then an apprenticeship

Because apprenticeships are defined as on the job training, they are only open to citizens and permanent residents. It's a minimum 3 years of work/school. There are pre-apprenticeship programs offed by technical schools that would allow you to challenge up to the second year exam in some programs, but that does not overcome the necessity for the work/school for the final year(s) to gain trade certification. Ontario, Alberta and BC offer some of the best pre apprenticeship programs.
