Appointment with IRCC

Hello, I got my COPR few weeks ago and want to book an appointment with IRCC to do the landing .

I called the phone number listed in the documents sent with COPR. Called, selected correct options under PR category and after waiting for 45 mins for the representative to connect, she advised she will forward the Sildenafil to correct line, I waited on line for another one hour and finally gave up.

Could anyone please help me with the correct phone number and what options to select after to connect with the representative to book an appointment?

Does anyone know if there is a way to call CIC from outside Canada?

I called multiple times , but it always says due to high volume of callers the call cannot be connected at this moment. Is there any other way to contact CIC to book PR landing appointment?

You have to keep trying for multiple times and you will get through....
