Hello, i received my COPR about 2 weeks ago and i was simply instructed by my employer to either go to the border and do a flagpole (which at the moment is not such a viable option) or setup an appointment by the phone, which is what i want to try since it would be extremely convenient for me.
So i tried it several times since i was told to try constantly to try and get an agent, but i asked around if i have to navigate the menu a certain way to even get to an agent but nobody seems to know, everyone i ask seems to assume that if the answering machine comes thru then there is no agent available BUT the menu implies that is not true since it mentions giving waiting times for certain things once you reach that option.
So i just want to know, after dialing +1 888-242-2100 is there a specific menu navigation i have to do to talk to an agent to set up an appointment?
