Just on Dec 3rd Service Canada started to process biometrics within Canada.
I am planning to bring my mom to Canada as a visitor so she can finish the process here.
My question is if she needs to go to the border to get her landing immigrant or if she can do it inside Canada?
She has a green card but after more than 6 months outside US they might refuse her entry or take away her green card, making it hard for her to get to the Canada border.
Any knowledge about it?
