Hi everyone,
I am in desperate need of advice and help. I remarried a Canadian here and have been in Canada since 2012. I have a child from my previous marriage. He's 16 and we are applying for our citizenship soon. I have two urgent questions, hoping someone could provide assistance:
1. Language requirements
I have a Diploma in Marketing from University of London. Is it sufficient? If yes, how do I fill in the part regarding "Did you complete the LINC or CLIC course ..... " - Do I leave it blank or write N/A?
2. Child's Parents
I remarried a Canadian. But the biological father of my child is a Malaysian and there is no contact anymore. Do I still need to fill in the biological father's name or leave it blank, and only put my details? I am asking because in my child's birth certificate, the biological father's name is there. My current husband is not the adoptive parent.
Thank you so much in advance!!!
