Greetings all!

We will be applying soon for Spouse Sponsorship and was wondering something.

-Will it be causing problems if the Sponsor changes jobs just before sending in the forms?

The reason I am asking, my fiancée (soon to be wife, woohoo :D) got an amazing offer for a new job.
The job is in the same city that her current one is, so location won't change really, we are just worried that there might some issues due to the fact that she will be starting a new job.

Any advice would be appreciated!
Thank You!

She will have to get a letter from her current employer. So - if when you apply, she is still working at her previous job, then get a letter from her first employer. If she has already switched, then get a letter from the new one.
If you want, you can explain the situation in an added page : current position until that date, and new job starting at that date etc. So they have all the information. But as long as she has a job ( or a way to support you as a sponsor), then it's OK. She's allowed to change job during the sponsorship, that's not an issue.
congrats on the new job, and on the upcoming wedding! :)
