Hello Friends,

Does applying for TRV through lawyer helps in securing visa? Has anyone such a successful example!!

I wish to apply for my aunt, who is single, retired government officer, good pension, property, financially sound. She had visited Europe twice, stayed for about six months time, Singapore, Malaysia. Without over stay, always returned.

She was denied once by CIC. Now again I wish to try. I am Canadian citizen, good full time job, house.

Can anyone wish to share experience and knowledge!!

Thank you very much in advance.

Doesn't matter.

If she has tackled the reason why she got denied then yes, otherwise she will be refused again.

It doesn't matter what you or she is. It is about complying with CIC requirements: you do, you get a visa, you don't, then you don't get one.
