Applying visitor visa or super visa for dependent parents.

I am a PR here and want to bring my parents for sight seeing in Canada.

Both my parents are dependent on me for financial support.We have a property back home but its on my name.

I applied for visitor visa for them and it got rejected due to Insufficient funds.We showed 1.5 lakh Indian rupees.

Now I am not sure how to proceed.Please help !!

Should I reapply for visitor visa or try applying super visa.
